Worst service ever never in my life have I waited 1 whole hour 😒 literally, there is no chicken coming, like I work at McDonald's as a manager I taken food faster then this, and right now I work at whataburger and we take out tenders faster then this. it took 1 hour and 16 minutes unbelievable 😳 😑 honestly I would never let my customers wait this long yall do...

Worst ever!! . 2 cooks, 1 cashier on a weekend… everyone is playing around when they have a full house of people. No food going out. Over 1 hr for one order to be out. Ridiculous, a whole new staff who really wants to work is needed ASAP!

This is my usual go to location & this never fails to happen, they forgot some of my order, when i asked kindly for it, the guy gave me an “Annoyed” look, both cooks kept being on their phones constantly throughout the order process, i am so dissatisfied, the only employee who gives exceptional service is the older lady working the register and greeting everyone. I may have to start looking for a new location. 😔

Waited 25 mins to just get warm food, had to get new fries cause they were smashed together, ranch was hot, only 1 wing was freshly cooked. Not even sure why I keep giving the benefit of the doubt. This is the reason why restaurants go out of business, sad to say quality isn’t there anymore.

Really bad customer service the place is empty and couldn't get help from the employees, im a dasher and customers are upset that they take long in getting orders ready I waited 40 min for a doordash order in a not busy day . Can't imagine in a busy day . Employees are just horsing around

Wing Stop in general is a great place to eat wings but locations very greatly because of franchisees. The location on Trenton and McColl has very friendly front staff but they are not military friendly unlike the other locations they will not honor a military discount. They did not honor free fries offer sent by corporate for your birthday. I suggest you use the University location in Edinburg. In a competitive world, you have choices and should go where you feel valued. The food was ready in time and good.
